just bought dazzle video creator platm Hd at Best Buy and then proceeded to move things around in my office and the install CD is missing.  Can anyone share suggetions how to contact pinnacle and ask for forgiveness and maybe get an eletroinic download?  I still have the box.  I feel stupid asking this question (and frustrated)

Have you tried by returning your item at Best Buy or making a complaint with them?
