I have tried EVERYTHING...installing, uninstalling, re-installing...NOTHING works!

I cannot get the device driver to install. In the install process, it gets about 1/4 of the way through and  it rolls back and says, This device was unable to install. Please try to reinstall  the driver later. The ddazzle has worked on a previous laptop Windows 7 Core i3. I've got a new Windows 7 core i5 and can't get the laptop to "see" my video camera through the use of the dazzle.

HELP!!!
