Hi

I used my Dazzle about a month ago with no issues.

Tried to use it today and it seems not to be picking up my video as the small screen in the software is blank and there is also no sound.

 

I think its a case of me forgetting what to do??

 

Is there an idiots guide somewhere or a walkthrough please??

I have just bought this product and having the same problem, no picture in the box and no sound when trying to transfer a video to dvd ....yet when selecting webcam this works perfectly......anyone got any answers or should i just chuck this product in the bin as useless and go and get another product to do the job?
