New Guy - probably old questions

HI - I apologize in advance for what may be old and/or not great questions.

I have pnnacle 12 and some add-ons on an older computer. Will 12 work in the new computer?

I bought a new computer with a 64-bit work enviroment.  I wonder if I buy new pinnacle software - will it work in a windows 7 64-bit enviroment?  Also, in changing computers do I get any "upgrade" credit or do I need to start over, paying full price as if I'd never used pinnacle products.

    Thanks

I don't think that there may be a problem if you have S12 in different computers installed as long as you are the registered owner. I think Studio 12 will work on a 64 bit Computer. You can also try to download the S15 trial version to see if you like it. You can get all your keys in your new computer by just regenerating your keys or make a copy of your pixie file from your old computer and place it in your new computer and you will have the same activation keys you already have.

You should get the Upgrade discount if you purchase S15. Not recommended, IMO, if you're happy with S12. For a number of reasons.

    BTW - I have S12 & I think S15 doesn't have S12 3RD Party Plugins. Whether or not the S12 Plugins you have will Plug into S15, I don't know.

However, all of my S10 3RD Party Plugins Transferred to S12 OK, via S12's Transfer Wizard.
