    DTS Audio

I haven't see much posted about this, so here's something else you can do with your SC200.

There's an (unofficial?) audio format called dtswav, which is a DTS (5.1) stream wrapped in a wav container. As it happens when the SC200 is presented with this, it sees it as a regular wav file, and will attempt to play it. The sound on the TV will be rendered as static/hiss, but the digital stream will be output via the spdif digital out. So if you have an amp that supports DTS, then you will get the full surround sound.

If you want to make your own, say from a concert DVD with DTS soundtrack, you can use avidemux to extract the DTS stream and then spdifer.exe to add the wav wrapper.
