    Any issues with 60p?

I've a project recorded at 720 60p with an EX1. I opened a 720 60p timeline and drop in my video. It's a lecture and I have JPGs exported from a Powerpoint. I place them on the timeline above the video. All good. Now I apply a disolve to the end of the JPG and the video takes a jump every time, starting over at the end of the effect from a point within the dissolve. Seems to knock the audio/video sync out as well (not surprising). Anyone seen this? Is it an issue of the effects being rendered at a frame rate different from the timeline? I'lll leave the effects off to get done with the project but I'd love to know a solution.

    Thanks All.

This may be related to a problem with QuickTime. Just for grins, add the Classic ColorCorrection Editor to one of the offending JPEGs. You don't need to go into the editor and make any changes. All this will do is force the still to render out (reasonably quickly) as a video, and then the video will dissolve to the tracks below.

Good thought but sadly the first effected JPEG where is saw the problem had a classic effects clip imposed on it. I tried with it without and got the same results. Also tried applying both CPU and GPU dissolves. It really looks like it's miscalculating the length somehow becuase of the the frame rate. Had none of this trouble when I first render the video to a 30p timeline but that's a half a day rendering time.

Could you post a sample 60p clip somewhere for download? I'd like to take a look at the behavior on my systems.
