Hi all, this is my first post to the forum. I've been using Pinnacle Studio products since Version 8, but have only created DVD files in the past. While that is my ultimate goal with my current project, I need to create a small file (for emailing) for previewing by someone that is not local. I have tried creating both Windows Media and Real Media files through Studio 10.7 (as those appear to create the smallest files), and the file is created, but when I try to play either, there is audio, but no video. There is only a blue screen with audio playing. Can anyone help me here? I'm on a short time frame for creating this video, and the person I'm doing it for wants to preview a "draft" before it is finalized. Am I missing a codec or something? Alternatively, is there a better way for creating a small file sized video? Thanks in advance.
