    Studio Import - No webcam/capture device showing

    Hello everyone,

    I am having a problem with Studio Import.

    In Pinnacle 12 Ultimate I was able to use a USB capture device and my built-in webcam to capture video but neither work in Pinnacle 14 Ultimate. Under Stop Motion and Snapshot it shows as 'No Device Found'.

    In P12 I was able to select the device, either my capture card or my build in webcam. 

    I am using P14 Ultimate
    Windows 7 32-bit

    Any help would be appreciated.

    3rd party capture devices have found themselves unusable with this version of Studio, this has been reported previously by other users. It seems that only recent Pinnacle hardware are the only ones being detected on top firewire and some USB cameras (To be confirmed). I am still gathering information about this.

    But seriously, I'll do my best to get to the bottom of this.
