Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with Studio Import.

In Pinnacle 12 Ultimate I was able to use a USB capture device and my built-in webcam to capture video but neither work in Pinnacle 14 Ultimate. Under Stop Motion and Snapshot it shows as 'No Device Found'.

In P12 I was able to select the device, either my capture card or my build in webcam. 

I am using P14 Ultimate
Windows 7 32-bit

Any help would be appreciated.

Tell us more about what kind of USB capture device it is you are trying to use, what kind of drivers you have tested it out with, how it is connect.. etc..

It says "ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3470 - Total available graphics memory of Approx. 1400MB* with dedicated GDDR3 Video Memory of 256MB" Its driver version: 8.632.1.2000

 The capture device works with other stuff I have but not Pinnacle.

The ability to capture from a webcam or a video cature card is no longer a feature in S14.....................................

Why I don't know
