is available from the Add/Remove control panel box, in XP.
ISTR if you ran a S12 install disk with S12 already installed, you got the chance to Repair. This doesn't happen in S14 from the install disc I've created from the download.
I don't have that disc with me, and the repair option asks for it, so I can't try to repair the install on my laptop, which is still behaving very badly. It has the habit of locking the CPU to 100% with a SVCHOST service whenever the importer tries to detect scenes from a new video file. That needs to be another thread, though...
