Pinnacle Video Capture (for Mac) Software - Widescreen 16:9 Support?

Can we expect to see 16:9 Widescreen Recording Support for the Video Capture Software like in Pinnacle Studio? I'm really annoyed by this because I want to export to Widescreen HD 720p for YouTube but the are letterboxes and I can't fix it in iMovie 09 without cropping out the top and bottom (which I need). So can we expect to see a software update? Please?
