I am in posession of a movie capture/transfer HUB designed to put media from lots of mediums to dvd. I bought this a long time ago, and just now have I had reason to use it. Oone problem: There's no serial code. I've looked all the places where they're supposed to be, but there's not one anywhere. Also, the manual says that there's supposed to be bonus disks, when only one is included in the package. Can yo please help me?

 

 What I know about serial is you get one if you registered your software before , just give the tech support a call for that, It will be helpfull if you post your software version and name
