Hi,

 I am using Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 12. My System is a Windows Vista home system. I had bought the premium pack 1. It says it is for Pinnacle Studio 10, 11 and higher. So that shouldn't be a problem. But when I try to use one of the soundeffects (within the UFX-sections) all I hear is noise and not the promised sound.

 I can't see a product-ID o0r something simelar, that I probably would have to enter.

 Does anyone know this and can tell me, what I can do.

I have the exact same problem must be some bad disks. I am on Windows XP SP3, 1.5 GB Memory, Intel Dual core 4300.

 My premium pack came with Studio 12 Ultimate and other sound files play correctly but none of the UFX sound effect play exept as static.

I copied the CAB files from the DVD to my HD on two different machines extracted the wav files and tryed to play them in WMP11 and Jriver Media and same static.
