I purchased Studio 12 online, installed and started using it right away - great product.

Quickly I realized I NEEDed Studio PLUS.

 I purchased the upgrade online, dowloaded and installed. Or, at least I thought that's what I was doing. There was a third step where this "installer" popped up and provided a choice of things to install - like Studio 12. I exeited  the installer - because, I already have Studio 12.... Then after restart of Studio (and even re-boot) I still have Studio 12. I tried entering the "activation" keys, but they were not recognized.

Should I have used the installer and selected Studio 12 ??

 I also purchased the Studio PLUS CD, which should be in the mail "any day". I am hoping to be more successful using the CD.

I REALLY like Studio, can't wait for the Studio PLUS features ! ! !
