It is possible  to do with hollywood FX such effect????

Those effects were probably made with a program called 3D-Album.

3D-Album

Some of them could possibly be done in HFX Pro or a reasonable facsimile could be made but it would entail a lot of work, big investment in time, and a really good knowledge of HFX Pro. 3D-Album has several versions ranging from a high of about $300 and going down from there.

I'd suggest checking out 3D-Album if you like those kinds of effects. If it's just a one shot deal, I personally wouldn't spend the time to attempt it.

If you just want the cake effect, that could be done fairly easily. HFX has some wedding cakes but they don't look like the one in the video. And it has the dove and the light beam. But the rest would have to be "assembled" from other HFX transitions.
