Install device software for Windows Vista 64-bit problem

When I plug in my DVC-100 DVD recorder (red one) It wants me to install the device software and it cannot find it. And I plan on recording and streaming my game console. Is there anyway I can fix it?

Try downloading the drivers found in this page.
