Canon EOS 5D Mark II and .MOV video files

I have a Canon EOS 5D Mark II camera that can record HV video (1920 - 1080P).

The video is recorded in .MOV files ( Angry , and Pinnacle Studio can not deal with MOV files

What to do?

Capture, import, edit etc..................

Has Pinnacle any plan to update their software. Movie

I have Pinnacle Studio ver. 12
