Studio 12 Disk can not be found?

So, I had the Dazzle DVD Recorder 100, and then I had to return it for for DVC 100. The Studio program is already inserted into my computer, but the disk doesn't show up on my computer. Can anybody help? I'm running on Vista 64bit or whatever the number is.

EDIT: It says my CD Disc is blank? o.O

Try loading the disc on another computer, see if its a good disc.
