    I was wondering..

I'll note what started happening to My Video Transfer.

When completed Recording something and wanting to stop it, the lights would still remain the same. even when I held down the button for an short period of time it still wouldn't go off which resulted in my yanking the  cord out of its 5V-1.5A plug in (or whatever its called)

I have an theory that my Video Transfer meet its demise as when occasionally I would press the button to record with so much force.

Now when I plug everything in my USB Flash-Stick light comes on, but when I press the 'Mode' Button the light on it goes out.

So my question is if there is an solution to this, any way that I could get it fixed or will I have to end up buying another one being much more careful with it?

Note to keep in mind that the warranty is long gone and the box that the bought it it is in the trash now, yet I still have the recite.

When did you bought the product? We are giving a manufacturer warranty of 2 years.

I think we need to take a look at it in our facility. Contact support for your RMA (repair/replacement) options.
