Draske:Thomas is right. The old user need to contact us from the e-mail he used for registration (or at least it should be clear that the registered customer and the person contacting us are the same person). Then we will unregister the old user, and you should be able to register the same serial again.
He has done all that, He talked to some agent by the name Chris, But the result was very poor customer support from AVID. and the product still in his name.
If this is the way Avid operates, that's fine , I have advised my few colleges to stay away from any Pinnacle product.
I have also filed the dispute with Paypal and eBay to get my money back.
