I belive the software has installed fine however title deko does not work... an error pops up saying "please check titile deko installation"

I have already tried 4 times. running the reg clear and removing the software then reinstalling.

I have tried it on 2 different computers and the problem is the same on BOTH. The software works apart formt eh title deko. Please help as i dont know what else i can do really.

running avid liquid 7.20 build 4296.


pc details are. Intel CEleron CPU 540 @ 1.86 ghz. 1.99 GB Ram. windows vista home premium. 32 bit os. 2038 mb ram.

have also tried it on:

pc detials dell, intel core 2 duo cpu. memory 1.00 gb. 32 bit os. running windows vista ultimate service pack 1.

If you explore the installation disk, I believe that TD Pro is a separate installation and needs to be installed independently of Liquid.  I am not by my editing computer, but I think that might be the issue.

Yes, TDK Pro is in its own folder on your install disc or download and needs to be installed and registered as a seperate component.

Yes, I installed it straight after i reset the pc from installing liquid. The install appeard to be sucessfull then the programme does not work?

You are using Vista. You need to run TDK Pro in compatibility mode for XP. Liquid is not certified to run under Vista.
