Software license terms

I have purchase the complete package of Avid Liquid 7 Pro from a friend with the breakout box. How can I transfer the registration to my name from his name?

During registration process, I keep getting the error message that this serial number is already registered to someone ells.

I have looked every where to find the Software license terms for Avid Liquid pro with no luck I just want to know, if there is a restriction on transferring the license, than I can get my money back.

I would thank anyone with the help to this regards.

If your friend only has Liquid 7 registered it would be easiest if your friend would change the profile of the registration to you: meaning change email address and name.

If this is not the case the friend needs to contact the supportline to have his registration deleted. He needs to provide the CCI number and original email address of the registration.
