Received a Showcenter SC1000g from a friend, but he has lost the Install CD & Manual. Anyone know where I can download these?

Can I use alternate software if the software supplied is no longer available?

Thanks, I'll give it a try Still like to get the original disc and a serial number though. I don't think you can do firmware updates without it. I presume there's a manual out there somewhere as well?

I have the same issues...... well except I have the manual.  I have moved a few times recently and the CD seems to have seperated itself from the rest of the stuff......

 I dont want to buy a new product as this is fine, I am happy to buy a new licence if this is required.  I had a look at the software suggested above, I am not to happy about using this as it seems to leave my PC open to other users..... I know I can probably stop that with settings and so on, but I just think my life would be simple if I can get a new product key.

 Any advise?  I am emailing Pinnacle to see if they can help....... if not, I guess its on to a new product.....
