Hi, please help!!!!,in a new instalation,we are trying to use in the liquid chrome xe (7.20 build without last dx10 patch) the video clips captured in 2 workstations with aja xena and adobe premiere cs3.They are using tje Aja quicktime mov to make the files,but when they try to import in the chrome,the programs shut down to desktop withou any warning.

There is a specific preset in premiere to allow chrome import captured clips with aja xena lhe ?.with the aja avi preset,chrome only show a green video.

Specs: 1x xw8600 8 gb ram ati 1900 xtx 512 + raid fibber channel + aja xena lhe +chrome xe 7.20 + win xp 32 sp2

           2x xw8600 8 gb ram quadro fx1700 512 + raid fibber channel + aja xena lhe + adobe cs3 + win xp 64bit (driver 3.5 aja x64)

As you already have noticed, those codecs isn´t supported by Liquid, you´ll have to transcode them to something that Liquid can import and that all depends on what other apps you are able to use.

Quicktime is not a great format for Liquid. Acquire as something else, preferably some flavor of MPG2.
