I searched and didn't find...  What is the general/recommended disk configuration for Pinnacle Studios 12 Ultimate? 

Where would it be appropriate to segment:
OS
Pagefile
Render folder
Source Videol/Images/Audio folder(s)
Projects folder
Any others that come to mind?

Also, networking - I have a SAN connected at 100Mbit, where would network constraints be 'felt' the most?

There isn't a strict requirement for these areas that you mentioned, except for maybe the OS, it runs only on XP and Vista. Older OS may not work.
