What Forum Section Deals with "Instant DVD Recorder" Software/Hardware Issues?

Having issues with using my DVC170 & Instant DVD Recorder and not sure what section is the best section to post a Thread. I did in Video Transfer but it appears that is not the right place and since it seems since none of the Sections have anything in their titles that suggest Instant DVD Recording in these sections. Which one would be the best to ask for help with using this software and a DVC170 Hardware?

Was hoping for some help but so far nothing have a Support inquiry in but again no 24/7 assistance and never had an issue but now I do, it appears to be something with XP w/SP3 but that is just a guess...

You can post in Studio threads since it may come bundled with the same hardware.
