I live in an apartment complex and just noticed that my iphone is picking up the wifi from my Pinnacle PCTV to go HD device. Where do I go in the Pinnacle software settings to secure this PCTV to go HD device so other people can't tap into my internet connection as well?????

You need to update to the latest version of the PCTV software (the support link can be found here).  Then you should be able to set up WPA encryption in the "advanced" section of the Setup wizard.  I think.
