I am using a core2duo 2.0ghz, 2gb ram and I create the dvd by first creating an ISO image and then buringing that to disk.

Any tips on solving this issue it is out of sync about 30 seconds!

On the DVD, does the OOS get gradually worse?

What source material are you using? Is it captured, or imported from DVD? Are the files mpeg or AVI?

I'm having the same problem. The sync isn't so bad as 30 seconds and it doesn't appear to be getting worse. I recorded my footage on a Canon HG10, the files are imported from the camera and are MTS. It doesn't seem to happen with every DVD burn, but often enough that it's becoming problematic.
