I tried to capture analog video from my Sansung SCL960 Hi8 camcorder with Dazzle (DVC) 150, In Windows XP with Studio 12 ultimate. the problem is I can see the video on the Studio 12, however, when I start capture video, it doesn't work. I checked everything, no answer. thanks a lot.

Can you be a bit more specific about "it doesn't work"? Do you get an error message, a crash or just no reaction the clicking the capture button?

there is a message titled capture error including the information like check the cable and log in the pinnaclesys website and so on. for the settings of capture, I only can chose MPEG1/2, no AVI and I even can see the change of number of captured, but no preview. thanks

In the capture settings, under 'capture source' there is a check mark to enable capture preview. Is it checked. Keep in mind that capture preview requires time from your processor and might cause you to have dropped frames or out of sync problems. I always keep mine turned off and just use the screen on the camera as the preview.
