I have managed to figure out on my own how to get past the message of "no digital input available recheck your cables".  I am now getting a partial green screen with a frozen view of the game. I do receive sound. I went through the company themselves they told me to figure out what I need to do through here. My son spent all his Christmas money on this program and it is important to me to make this work for him.

 Please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am not real good with the computer but I will try to follow. I asked for my money back but it does not look like that will happen. I am so frustrated.

Sorry to hear of your frustrations, maybe someone here can help.

I've never used a moviebox, but I might be able to help until others show up. You will be best served here by pre-answering some questions about your system. Read THIS, and fill in your profile as completely as you can.

You can find information about your computer by clicking Start / Run   , and typing dxdiag in the dialogue box. The "System" tab will show lots of info. about your computer. The "Display" tab will show info. about your graphics card. Click a few usernames above the avatar (picture), just as a comparison of profiles.

Never used a moviebox eighter so can't be of much help here, but I do have an additional suggestion ...

This section of the board was created to post comments on the format/layout of the board itself.

So posting a capture problem here doesn't look like being a good idea.

I'd suggest you to post your problem with as much detail as possible, incl. system info as suggested by towbar, in the Capture section of the Studio board.

I'm sure someone will pick it up there.
