WIRELESS PHONE ACCESS TO PCTV TO GO DEVICE

I am attempting to access my PCTV TO GO device from TMOBILE's 3G network using a SonyEricsson TM506. Is there any way to access my device by editing this phone's internet settings to create a proxy connection?
