Hi All

Have you noticed that on most of the forums that half the page, if not more, is filled with pinned posts? I mean one has to scroll and scroll down until a really current topic shows up.

Take this post in edit as an example of an old pinned post. The last posting in this thread is from March 24th of 2008. While it may have some good points to offer. If it is so, then it should be in a BOTB(best of the board) and out of the way of current posts.

I have the date filter set to "Newer than 3 days". I just got passively logged off [ I didn't do it] and found out that there are lots and lots more pinned threads than I thought there were. I was under the impression that they had been "unpinned"
When that logging off happens, my date filters get reset to "All", hence the surprise.

Best of Board desperately needed.

Getting a better location for pinned threads is still on our list. But it's just question of time. And Christmas season is quite a busy time for support
