Does anyone can help on this?

after done the project edit with studio 12, try to switch to make movie, it popup "unexpected error" and hung. need to kill the process from task manager.

tried: open studio with new and empty project switch: same error
reboot the machine and open studio with new and empty project switch: same error

system and OS:
CPU: Intel® Pentium® Dual Core Processor E2220 (2.40GHz,1M,800MHz FSB)
RAM: 2GB DDR2 Non-ECC SDRAM,800MHz, (2 DIMM)
Vedio Card: 256MB ATI RADEON HD 3450
OS: Windows XP SP3
Free Space > 80GB
