Pinnacle pctv vista x64 and 8gb

There's a pinnacle product that i can use with vista x64 and 8gb of ram?

the miniStick (US) or nanoStick (EU) supports Vista-64. To my knowledge, there are no general problems with 8GB RAM.

I am having performance issues with my setup with Vista Ultimate, 8gbs of RAM. This is with the PCTV PCI card. When watching video all four cores on my machine fluctuate from 30-75% usage. Not sure but something is not working correctly, makes my computer pretty useless when running. Pretty sure this is hardware related. The new drivers seem to be working great.
