What device do I need behind PCTV TO GO to stream in my home netwoork to a TV (scart or hdmi plug)  and not a computer? How can I change stations on my set top box?

you would need a device which can receive a RTSP stream but I don't know if such a device is available on the market. Officially we only support the Softwareclient.

With the IR-Blaster you can change the channels on your Set-Top-Box.
