TVCenter automatically opens and after some seconds the PC reboots!

I have recently installed a new Pinaccle TVC card on my PC and I came up with the following problem.

Fistly, whenever I turn on my PC the Pinnacle TVCenter opens automatically after about 10' (I can't find any related feature on settings). But things come worse as at the 70% of the times the TV window opens for some seconds and the there is a blue screen on my PC and it reboots!The last happened for first time about a week after the installation of the product.

I have already tried to unistall and reinstall the program but the problem insists.

I would appreciate any help as I can't find what else to do. Thank you.

**I run Windows XP with SP 2

can you give me the failing dll shown on the bluescreen?
