I'm going to use some transition (i usually use simple transition) but this time I need to use one that is marked with a red circle and a red light on left corner of the hoolywood viewer. I bought Liquid just in time in the big splash period (I have the invoice) upgrading from premiere. So is correct that I can't use it?

If you have installed the HFX Pro serial number to your system and the unlock key that came with the Big Splash promotion, then all of the HFX effects are unlocked for your use. The red light indicates that using that particular effect will require rendering (it cannot playback in RT unrendered). The marked effects indicate the same thing but they are actually unlocked.

 I checked and I have installed the  plus version of HollywoodFX and in the package I received I only have the Liquid CD with the key for Title deko Pro.

Then you probably did not get the Big Splash promo. If you think you bought during the period when the Big Splash was being offered and you can find your sales receipt, contact Pinnacle and see if they can send you a disc.

Is there a way to upgrade from "plus" to "pro?"  I've checked the website, but couldn't figure out how to do it.
