Could someone help me please. I have purchased Studio Ultimate and want to use the Studio Plus RTFX plug in I only have access to some of the effects e.g Lens Flare, magnify. but the ones like Lighting, RGB are locked What do I need to purchase to get these unlocked.

Is the S11 or S12?

In Studio 12 Ultimate all the RTFX Plus plug-ins should be unlocked, which includes Lighting and RGB. You should also have all of the RTFX Volume 1 plug-ins.

Thanks for a quick reply I am using S12 and it was a download

Is the Speed effect also missing? (it should be in Standard RTFX)

In Standard I have Auto Colour, Noise, Stabilise, Pan and Zoom and Rotate no Speed

He seems to have tried everything, except (unless I have misread the thread) trying to download the program again. There were reports of corrupt downloads recently.

ISTR thet you have a short window in which to re-download the purchace, and I'd suggest you do that if you can.

 

Sorry to be thick, should I uninstall first. Originally I had S12 on a disc before I upgraded is it worth doing the transfer wizard?

One possiblity is that having some AV programs running may cause a problem.

In the first case I'd try re-downloading and running that - it will probably offer you to do a repair install.

The transfer Content Wizard is for transfering "Extra" content, so I doubt if that will work.

The guy on the other thread seems to have done the same as you - installed a downloaded upgrade to S12 Ultimate over an existing, working instalation of S12 standard/plus. Have a read of that thread and see if you can see any similarities.

I have re-run the big file, no different, I wonder as you mentioned if he also has some RTFX plugins missing? I have been waiting for a reply from the Tech people which I sent yesterday but too no avail. So I am glad of your help.
