i own the pinnacle pctv pro usb 150e. i currently run windows vista 32 ultimate. i want to use windows media center to watch tv with this tuner, mostly because of the buggy nature and bad program guide of tvcenter pro. every time i try to setup the device in WMC it tells me that no tv tuner is detected. is this not compatible?
i bought this device almost a year ago, and have NEVER been able to use it. if there is no way for this to work, is there any exchange program you guys have so that i can get a functional tuner? your software crashed constantly, even on my newly formatted pc.
i actually still have the orriginal box in mint condition with all software in original sleves and a never used remote. i would greatly appreciate an exchange for a WMC compatible card if possible.
