Hi,
I have some questions on the "VORTEX - Networked News (u.2.2.3.20)" software.
The help-file is not covering all my questions.

The Vortex is connected via "MServer v.5.3.2.8" to our Server.
I can capture videosequences, and as far as I can tell they seem to get uploaded to the server.., but when I check at another client (which is also connected to the server) I can't find the video-files..

I guess when I figure out how to copy a clip from the "Media Bin" to the "Record Bin", I'd be able to "publish" to the server..
Can someone help me on this one (admins?).. a german or english-speaking hotline, more documents ?

Vortex is a discontinued product. Unfortunately, both the FAQs and Knowledge Base are no longer available (at least not easily). I'm forwarding your question up to Pinnacle.

did any software follow after the "Vortex" ?
it might be an option to update our software..
We basically use it as a video-playout from our server, and as a recorder to our server..
little editing-options would be good, but not necessary.. but it has to communicate somehow with our server ("MServer")
