I have had the PCTV HD PCI for about 6 months now.  When I first got it, the HD support was in Beta, so I download the beta.  All of the EPG support worked correctly.  As soon as I downloaded the production release, EPG is now off by an hour.

 I have checked several times, and it has the correct zip code, and provider setup.  The time one my computer is correct, but EPG says the show that is playing wont start for an hour???

 Am I missing something???

If your windows and BIOS time are correct and you still have that Beta patch, can you revert to that version, just as a test?

If that goes well, update to the 4.98 version and then reboot and download the EPG data.
