Hi, I am new to this forum. I just upgraded from Studio 9 to 12 Ultimate. Although I see Magic in Windows' "All Programs" it does not appear in Studio. That means I can't use it. I hope someone can help.

How are you trying to access it? It should appear in your list of video plug-ins. As a Studio 9 user, you probably know that

A few details re: Jeff's advice (which is good as ever!) -add a clip to the timeline, then click on t evideo toolbox (just above the timeline on the left). Click the plug icon (bottom left of new window). Click add new effect. It should appear in the list on the left side. If it isn't there, follow Jeff's advice in the other thead.

Thank you. I followed the instructions and went to the Pinnacle folder and installed Magic Looks but it still does not show in the video effects library. That gave me the idea of looking for Magic Bullet in All Programs and found Magic Bullet Studio, clicked on the icon and it opened. I can use it outside Studio. Not the ideal but at least I can use it. Thanks for guiding me.
