Pinnacle has posted this information in their knowledge base for activating Liquid. If you still have problems send me or Bertrand a private message. I have tested this procedure and it does work.

The activation server is also working correctly again and you should be able to activate Liquid during install when the Activate Now button appears so you should not have to use the above procedure in most cases.
