When I master my project to dvd I keep getting a bumpy video. Like a skipped frame every two seconds. It only happens
on burned dvd's. The project looks fine when I master it to "a file" or "to tape." But every single time I master it to a DVD I get a bumpy product.
Please anybody with any suggestions on how to solve this? Thank YOU!!!!!
