I'm sorry I am not familiar with the software you are using but I found some things that may interest you.
Some software for streaming are looking for a video source and audio source. The chips on the device should be identified automatically by these software.
Looking at device manager entries for DVC 100, you will see two separate entries for video and audio drivers. Whereas, the DVC 170 only has one. This difference should not be a problem with our software. This is not a bug or whatsoever, but this is how they are designed. Both should be working with Studio (have you tried capturing using Studio?).
If the site looks for a separate entry for audio and video, the DVC 170 would not be giving the format it asks for. I am not recommending buying DVC 100 yet until we can figure out the actual pre-requisites of broadcasting at their site.
