Always hate to start a new thread, but here goes.
I have vista ultimate with the media center. Getting the tuner not found, etc, errors. Started after I installed a logitech camera. I think the logitech LVUSBSTA.sys driver corrupted the Pinnacle drivers. When I looked in device manager, that was the listed driver for the Pinnacle Systems TS Capture and Audio Capture devices.
I deleted the driver and camera. Removed the logitech info from the registry, etc. Reinstalled all Pinnacle software.
Now, when I check device drivers for the Pinnacle PCTV 800i PCI Audio Capture and TS Capture devices I get the following info:
Device status: No drivers are installed for this device.
Then I click on the driver tab and click driver details, I get the following pop up: "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device"
Would one of you forum members kindly check your device manager settings and let me know what you have? Do you have the same messages? If not, what is the specific name of the driver that is in use?
