    Problem With Inserting .Wav File

I was editing a short video and I wanted to insert 2 short wav files.  First one is 4 seconds long and the other is 7 sec.  The first one went as planned, but the second file would only play 5 sec.  I'm losing the other 2 sec.  Even on the preview it would only play 5 sec.  If I play the same file on Windows Media, it plays the full 7 secs.  BTW, I'm using Studio 11.  What can I do to fix this problem?

    Thanks

How about trying to find a different .wav of the same audio file? Could be a "bad" .wav file.

I tried a different file, smaller wav file and have the same problem.  About an hour ago, I tried the original file and now it works.   Weird!!!

When creating the movie file, the first wav file did not render but the second one, that I had so much problem rendered correctly.  Now I have a different problem. " href="BLOCKED SCRIPTinsertSmiley('Angry');">

Try deleting the auxiliary files and see if that solve the problem.

I deleted the aux files and it sort of work, except it rendered only part of the wav file.  I have deleted and re-inserted the wave file but no sound bite after I rendered the file.  I may have to try a different wav file and see of that fix the problem. Angry

How about using these WAVs on a new project, does it play back normally? Have you tried converting these short WAVs to MP3s?
