Plz, Help to detect TV-Tuner, need driver

Actually I bought a second hand tv-tuner from my friend. Unfortunately my friend lost the original CD of this card.

So I don't have any idea which driver I should use. All marked on the card is :

Pinnacle

Mini-DVB-C

51016734_1.0

The chipset is :

SAA 7134HL

C09286 D2

T3605041

on the downside of the card should be a barcode with a number. Please provide this number, so I can exactly tell you which card you have and which driver/software could be used.
