Yes it is.

George... that's a pitifully weak answer.  Obviously he wants to know HOW to do that.  In that case... I'd like to know as well.  So please share.

It was meant to be a joke.

You must edit any picture you want and give it 700x394x24b dimensions and save it as .bmp!

Then you just change the extension from .bmp to .VMB and replacing the original image at this folder.

Be sure to backup the initial image.

Many thanks from me too for that information.  As soon as I get rebuilt with my new Mobo, I am going to change some of the splash screen.

Why would anyone want to change the splash screen.  There's Tiger Woods holding the video camera on the bottom row, and a younger Bill Murray (Actor--CaddyShack, Ghost Busters) all the way to the right, and of course, there's myself and bride on the top row. 

Now that's a joke George!

If anyone has created a new Liquid Splash Screen, post it here.  Let's collect as many splash screen samples as possible.  I can host the pix for download on the Carolina Liquid Users Group website.

I can give you mine of the hang gliders (with just the words "Avid Liquid" on it), but how do I get it to your site Andy?

I can call it hangglider.bmp and whoever uses it will have to rename it FS.vmb once they download it.
