I am helping a friend work on their Studio version 10. She already had everything installed correctly. Yet when we click the Capture button, it freezes the entire screen. We are not able to use the Task Manager, and have to resort to shutting the computer down. Problem is, once the computer shuts down, the Studio is uninstalled, and we have to go back through the process of installation. We were wondering if it is the program, or something we did wrong. So if you could help us out, it would be appreciated.
